Custom Spring Manufacturing, and a related entity represented by MSA, J&J Spring, were consolidated under one roof during the sale process. The consolidated company provides a wide breath of solutions in the spring industry, from high volume, simple springs to complex prototype solutions utilizing notoriously difficult alloys. The ability to operate under one facility streamlined the business's growth trajectory, created additional opportunities for market expansion in Oil & Gas sector, and significantly shortened supply chain delivery cycles. Combined with synergies from a sister company, opportunities surfaced to cross-sell services to customers.
