HMS Products Co., headquartered in Troy, Michigan, will continue to build upon its 47-year legacy of excellence in delivering technologically advanced press automation solutions, including through-the-window and front-and-rear mounted transfer systems, blank destackers, and custom front- and end-of-line solutions. 


AIDA-America, based in Dayton, Ohio, is the industry leader in mechanical and servo press technologies and integrated systems, serving industries such as automotive, appliance, and electronics.


The acquisition integrates HMS into the AIDA family, creating synergies that enhance their ability to deliver tailored, turn-key stamping press system solutions to North American customers. HMS will continue to operate from its Troy headquarters, retaining its 60-associate team under the leadership of newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, Kevin VanDenBrouck. This strategic partnership leverages AIDA’s global engineering and manufacturing capabilities with HMS’s automation expertise, driving innovation and value for their mutual customers.
